As much as I liked "White Love" at the time, isn't that song just a -little- played out? I would have preferred if they had used something else.. or at least the new vr of "White Love" from the OMD single recording..

the meaning of peace

Just got my latest CD Japan order in (fast!), and I just had to say I really like Kumi's solo version of 'the meaning of peace' ^^

(I also had no idea that the person who wrote 'love across the ocean' was the same person who wrote the Hana Yori Dango theme song O_o)

I never got to hear it.. ;_; How was the single btw? I had only downloaded the title song during the summer but never got around to looking for the rest..

I really like it! But I'll be honest, I was never too fond of the original. The remake is an upbeat dance-pop number and sounds a lot crisper.

I really like it, too, but even though I liked the whole single, I was too lazy to buy it (or too poor?)

BTW, this is the first Avex CD that I've had some problems playing. My normal CD drive wouldn't read the first track :\

But my CD-RW drive worked ^^

Yeah...Avex is generally getting better at CCCD (unfortunately).

Whereas I could rip the first batch (Do As Infinity's "Do The Best" except for the first track), I couldn't rip any of the later CDs.

I had a feeling this would happen since we haven't heard any news, but rumor is that hiro's single has been postponed.

Avex is doing this with a lot of things (as well as blatantly cancelling them)

I have a feeling that they're pushing the dates forward until they get a number of preorders they feel is good, or cancelling releases that don't seem popular...

Urm... you mean releases that don't get enough preorders get cancelled? First time I heard of such things though. Maybe AVEX has other plans for hiro? They should give hiro a little break. Radio shows, U concert tours...

The song didn't play in the first episode of Yanpapa, but then again, it was rumored to be an insert song so it could show up in a later episode.

Wow, I might have to get this single after all. The song that AKINA wrote is pretty nice.

BTW, I find it weird how the title song has the words "I'll keep on searching," and Hitoe's song was rumored to be "I'll keep searching." Maybe the rumors got mixed up at one point?
